Organisation
The SKW is an association established pursuant to Art. 60ff of the Swiss Civil Code. The bodies of the Association are the General Assembly, the Managing Board, the Audit Body, and the Administration in Zurich.
The SKW Administration consists of the Director (Dr. Bernard Cloëtta), the Manager Finance and Office (Ms Marina Donabauer) and the Manager Communications (Ms Prisca Lack).
With this compact structure – a total of 270% – the SKW must be able to rely on the close collaboration of its members. This mix has turned out very efficient and strengthens the members’ identification with «their» Association.
In addition to the branch office, the board of directors and various work groups and partners are also actively involved.
